FAQS

WHAT DOES FMAT MEAN?

FMAT stands for Flankenstein's Manufacturing and Transportation, named after our founding father, Flankenstein.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT TO JOIN FMAT?

The only requirement is that you're laid back and ready to have fun! FMAT prides itself on our wide berth of members, ranging in ages, countries, and experience. All are welcome!

DO I HAVE TO RUN LOGISTICS ALL THE TIME?

While we are a logistics-based regiment, we do not require you to run logistics only. You have the freedom to do what you want, when you want while you are in FMAT. Want to run some front-line logistics? Go ahead! Want to go fight the baby-eating Collies? Go ahead! You have the agency to do what you want, when you want.

WHERE IS FMAT BASED OUT OF?

Every war, the leadership of FMAT decides what hex we will be based in. Normally, we operate primarily in the backline logistics hex, ship bulk materials to a midline hex, and run frontline to the surrounding frontline hexes. For example, in War 81, we were based in the Moors for our backline, shipped bulk items to Stonecradle, and delivered to Farranac Coast, Oarbreaker Isles, Fisherman's Row, and Loch Mor.

DO YOU RUN ANY BIG OPERATIONS?

We do, but not as often as we run logistics to the frontline. More often than not, our operations consist of big supply drops to frontlines, moving materials across multiple hexes, or assisting with materials in other regiment operations.

DOES FMAT PARTICIPATE IN ANY BUILDING?

We do not have one central base, but we will have a handful of anti-partisan bases in the early game. We do assist in building on frontline, repairing bases, and assisting with defensive builds on the frontlines. Backline maintenance is also a focus of ours; watchtowers, border defense, resource field defense, etc.
